Background
Deborah has practised law in Barrie since her call to the bar in 1977. She practices in wills, estates, real estate and some corporate commercial.
Deborah has been very involved with long term care for many years, serving as a member of an ad hoc committee of care provider groups that advised the provincial government on issues with regard to the Substitute Decisions Act, Consent to Treatment Act and Advocacy Act in the early 1990s and acting as a former vice-president of the Ontario Long Term Care Association. She currently serves as a representative for the Ontario Long Term Care Association on the Public Guardian and Trustee’s community advisory committee and is president of the Coleman Care Centre, a long-term care facility in Barrie. Deborah is also a current trustee and past chair of the Burton Avenue United Church Board and an Honorary Life Member of the Simcoe County Chapter of the Elizabeth Fry Society.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with her new granddaughter.

Background
Cesia was born and raised in Barrie. After completing her undergraduate and law degrees, she returned to Barrie to start her legal career. She joined Wall-Armstrong & Associate upon her call to the bar, and practices in the areas of real estate and wills and estates.
Cesia is very active in the community. Recognizing a void, she founded the Simcoe County Young Professionals Association in the fall of 2007 and currently serves as its chair. She is on the board of the capital campaign to build a new branch of the Barrie Public Library; has assisted in planning several fundraising events for the MacLaren Art Centre; assists with independent legal advice for Habitat for Humanity; and volunteers with Barrie Out of the Cold and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Barrie and District.
In her free time, Cesia enjoys gardening, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Background
Sharon grew up in the Georgian Bay area and moved to Barrie after completing her diploma in legal administration. She joined Deborah’s office in 1984 to work in the areas of real estate, estate administration and corporate commercial.
Sharon assists clients in many ways. In real estate, she is responsible for completing title searches, closing transactions and correcting title deficiencies, ensuring that the process progresses smoothly and that our clients are comfortable and satisfied with their properties. In estates, she assists trustees with estate administration and preparing accounts, helping estate trustees navigate through the probate and estate distribution process. In her corporate commercial work, Sharon meets with clients to assist them with the incorporation of their businesses and helps them to complete their minute books, whether initially or annually.
